In Anatomy, a Tissue is a group of similar cells working together to perform a specific function. For your nursing exams, you only need to remember these four main categories:

  1. Epithelial Tissue (The Protector) 🛡️ Function: Covers body surfaces and lines cavities. Location: Skin, lining of the digestive tract.
